These terms govern the use of the Look360 monitoring, automation and response service. The service is provided by Watchdog OÜ. By ordering the service you agree to these terms.
1.Service description
Look360 is a monthly monitoring service that brings information from the sources you choose into one view and one report every morning: competitors' prices and stock, competitors' social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), your e-shop health, SEO positions and website reliability. We also offer automation (e.g. ERP integration, custom solutions) and training. The client chooses which modules and volumes to order.
2.Sign-up and account
When ordering the service you provide accurate contact details and give us read-only access to the systems you want to monitor. You are responsible for having the right to grant that access. Your monitoring-panel account is personal; keep your login details secure.
If you order the pricing automation (repricing), you authorise the service to change prices in your e-shop within the rules you set. The automation is switched off by default and starts only upon your confirmation.
3.Prices and billing
- The monthly fee is made up of the modules and volumes you choose, shown in the price calculator.
- Billing is monthly or annual; with annual billing you get 2 months free.
- The first report is free – you see the value of the service before you commit.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued by email.
We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
4.What we promise
- monitoring runs around the clock and gathers changes into a report every morning;
- we answer your queries within 3 hours (on business days);
- if there is a technical problem, we fix it ourselves and let you know.
5.Client obligations
You undertake not to use the service unlawfully or to collect data in a way that infringes third parties' rights. Competitor monitoring is limited to publicly available information. Before making a decision based on the monitoring data, you undertake to verify the accuracy of the data yourself.
6.Limitation of liability
Monitoring relies on public and third-party data sources and is provided on a reasonable best-effort basis. Some sources (e.g. Facebook) may limit data availability, so we do not guarantee 100% coverage or uninterrupted monitoring. Look360 is decision support – final business decisions (e.g. price changes) are made by the client. Watchdog OÜ accepts no financial liability for the accuracy of the monitoring data (including prices, stock and comparisons); before making a decision based on the data, you must verify the accuracy of the data yourself. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. Our total liability is limited to the service fees of the last 3 months.
7.Termination
There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel the service with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing period. On cancellation we stop monitoring and delete your monitoring data in line with the privacy policy.
8.Intellectual property
The Look360 software, monitoring panel, report design and methodology belong to Watchdog OÜ. Your data remains yours.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, in Tartu County Court.
