Rakenduses (kohe)
- Ava little big heart rakendus.
- Vali all Seaded.
- Jaotises Sinu konto vajuta Kustuta minu konto.
- Kinnita kustutamine.
Konto kustub kohe. Soovi korral laadi enne samast jaotisest alla oma andmete koopia (Laadi minu andmed alla).
Ilma rakenduseta
Kui Sa ei pääse enam rakendusse (nt telefon on vahetunud), kirjuta info@look360.eu. Lisa oma nimi rakenduses ja karbi nimi, kuhu kuulud. Võime küsida lisaandmeid, et veenduda, et konto on Sinu oma. Kustutame konto ühe kuu jooksul ja anname sellest teada.
Mis kustub
- Konto: nimi, profiilipilt ja sisselogimistoken (rakendus logib kõigis seadmetes välja).
- Kõik Sinu saadetud sõnumid koos piltide, videote ja nende kohta käivate sündmustega (loetud, süda, lemmik).
- Liikmesus karpides, Sinu loodud kasutamata kutselingid ja sidumiskoodid.
- Teavitustellimused.
Mis jääb alles
- Teiste inimeste saadetud sõnumid, ka samas karbis.
- Karbi mälukaardile juba jõudnud pildid jäävad karpi, kuni saaja need seal kustutab või karbi tehaseseadetele lähtestab.
- Serveri logi (IP-aadress ja päringu aeg) kustub 90 päeva jooksul.
- Kui oled karbi omanik, jääb karp ja teiste liikmete kontod alles. Kogu karbi andmed kustuvad karbi tehaseseadetele lähtestamisel.

Deleting your account and data

In the app (immediately)
- Open the little big heart app.
- Tap Settings at the bottom.
- Under Your account, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account is deleted straight away. If you like, download a copy of your data first in the same section (Download my data).
Without the app
If you can no longer open the app (for example, you have a new phone), write to info@look360.eu. Include your name in the app and the name of the box you belong to. We may ask for more details to make sure the account is yours. We delete the account within one month and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, profile picture and sign-in token (the app signs out on all your devices).
- All messages you have sent, with their photos, videos and events (read, heart, favourite).
- Your box memberships, unused invite links and pairing codes you created.
- Your notification subscriptions.
What is kept
- Messages sent by other people, including those in the same box.
- Photos already saved on the box's memory card stay on the box until the recipient deletes them there or resets the box to factory settings.
- The server log (IP address and request time) is deleted within 90 days.
- If you are a box owner, the box and other members' accounts remain. All data of a box is deleted when the box is reset to factory settings.
